Ozlinks Education

The objective

To achieve their goals, this needed to be reflected in using the right web technology, the UX Designs, the relevant and accurate contents and to ensure that every functionality detail work perfectly on both PC and mobile device and fast in page response time and browsing user experience is vital to engage users from the moment of the home page is loaded.

We need to streamline the booking process and the application submission with clearly defined step by steps to complete the submission and the system that allow the consultant to interact with user simultaneously via email through the CRM, phone, SMS, zalo and remove any unnecessary points of friction. Creating a consistently beautiful user experience from search information and lead to the booking page to achieve high conversion rate.

The challenges

The old ozlinks.com.au website had many UX and functionality issues that we needed to address in our redesign, such as the form layout lack of responsiveness, functionality problems did not work properly, site structure issues and broken links page not found, webpage contents were missing information and most importantly the page layout was not user-friendly and not engaging contents.

There were no conversion points on the home page or any of the services pages.  The poor design and user experience had impacted Ozlinks Education team’s ability to create content that connected with their audients. The important service pages like skill assessment, RPL services, career coaching packages and the resources center were cluttered and confusing.

The solutions

The redesign process started with creative of their landing page, we focus on high quality design landing page with relevant specification such as clear descriptions, services photos and descriptions and highlight feature for search ANZSCO information and free download resume samples. Through wireframes and unique design ideas, this information is carefully layout in a clear and clean format to achieve high quality Customer Experience (CX) to get the best result of the clients trust in their brand to make services booking decision.

We redesign and develop Ozlinks Education new website that is 100% compliance with Google, Bing, Yahoo search engine optimisation (SEO) guidelines. SEO compliant allows their pages to be crawl, indexed, and understand your contents more accurately, and to achieve best performance in organic search results. One of the main goals of Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other search engines is to find, retrieve, and display relevant content that rendered consistently across all browsers and devices.  Check out Ozlinks Education new site and features.

The new site of Ozlinks Education was lived in February 2022, the resulted was a lead generation and high conversion rating. The new landing page incorporated a more modern design with conversion splashed throughout the entire websites.

The results

The increase in time on page, the positive data download on users’ consumption, an increase in qualified booking leads proves that our website strategy is working for Ozlinks Education.  We have exceeded our client’s expectation and delivery the website that that is exciting for their clients, their team, and their business partners.

Through our initial research and report captured during the development processed, it was determined that Ozlinks Education after the redesign, enhance on functionalities and integrated Birtix24 application these sales qualified leads numbers jumped to an average of 180% qualified leads per month! This is a result of how our website design, with clear layout and navigation options to find exactly what users are looking for, and it is working.
